Day 1, Jakarta-Hongkong-Shenzen, March 2013

In March 28, 2013 I was on a vacation to hongkong. While holding sleepiness, finally journey begins from Soekarno Hatta airport in Jakarta Indonesia at 1 am after a 1-hour delayed flight. After about 6 hours journey I finally arrived at Hong Kong International airport at 6 am local time

When the stomach was starting to feel hungry journey was temporarily suspended for Dim sum  breakfast.

This day I enjoy a city tour by visiting the Hong Kong Avenue of the Stars. The journey to get there using the tour bus so that they can enjoy the sights along the roads and feel the sensation of entering the underwater tunnel.

Avenue of the stars, where the streets are very nice, This place looks the buildings towering across the river. Along the avenue there is a statue of Hong Kong artists such as Bruce Lee and also there are lots of hand print along the street.

The journey continues to eat lunch, we had lunch at the Jumbo Floating Restaurant, a boat-shaped restaurant is very unique. The food is served very tempting.

The stomach is filled. The journey continues to Victoria Peak and museum Madame Tussaud's Wax Statue. The museum is located on the hill which is achieved by climbing the oldest Peak Tram in Hong Kong.

Experience was absolutely fantastic, and the apartment building visible slanted bending over backwards to more than 45-degrees, it was a spectacular sight.

In Madame Tussaud's Wax Statue museum , there is a lot of artists and world leaders statues. Starting from Asian artist to Hollywood, plus some well-known characters such as the popular leader of nations. Of course I did not miss to take pictures with them.

from Victoria Peak, it was almost night. Dinner time has arrived and we ate at a local restaurant. Peking duck served tastes delicious.

The first day of the journey is completed already. I was exhausted and had to rest in the hotel to prepare energy to travel to Shenzen China tomorrow.
